• Please note Artimaes offers FREE delivery nationwide on COD / advance payment basis regardless of order value!
• Delivery time for major cities is 1 - 4 business days. For remote areas it is 3 - 6 days after confirmation of order.
• All orders placed on our website or other sales channels are confirmed within 24 hours by our sales representatives. Orders are shipped only after confirmation of given order details.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Please note we offer a hassle free 7 days article exchange / size exchange policy. Not satisfied with the overall fit? An issue in size? Or you simply changed your mind regarding the purchased product, we are only a call away.
• Our helpline is active 24/7. Simply contact us on 0331-4029368 and one of our representatives will accommodate asap.

• In order to qualify for exchange, product(s) must be unused & in their original condition and packaging.
• Please note products can only be exchanged up to the same amount. Any difference is redeemable as store credit upon your next purchase.
• In case your size or exchange product is unavailable, your order will be prioritised on the next production restock. Restock is on rolling basis. Normal restock time is 5 - 14 days. 
• Please note due to the constant cycle of inflation, it is impossible to maintain costs hence we are no longer able to offer refunds. Your understanding in the matter is highly appreciated.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product the above policy of exchange or store credit will be applicable. If any modification (within product limits) is required in your existing purchase, it will be accommodated on cost or no cost basis.
• Any store credit is redeemable within 3 months of your purchase.
• We have new arrivals coming in weekly. In case you cannot decide on any existing product from our collection, you can simply check back for fresh arrivals or avail store credit in a custom order within the 3 months time frame.
• Please note in case of article / size exchange additional service charges of Rs. 700, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
• Please note in case of article / size exchange Refinishing charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
• Please note in case of exchange 2-way courier charges are borne by the customer.

AFTER SALES + LAHORE STUDIO SERVICES

• We offer a range of after sales services, including custom size fitting, half size adjustments, full repairing, and complete refinishing on complimentary or nominal charge basis.
• Custom order(s) / full bespoke / made to measure order(s) are also accommodated at our Lahore Studio.
• Here at Artimaes we are not in the business of interacting with our valuable customers once, rather we hope to solidify long term relationships and offer the best of service at all times to come
