TRISTAN - Messenger bag made from soft buffalo tumble grain leather. Tristan has been carefully designed with one major attribute in mind; maximum utility.

Tristan offers two large 16.5" compartments to serve all storage needs. The larger compartment is ideal for documents, files, accessories. Additionally a padded laptop slot cater up to 14" devices. The second compartment is ideal for bulkier devices and letterheads.  

The outer side panels have been reinforced to offer maximum protection. A detachable shoulder strap offers utility and versatility to serve your style needs. Premium brass fittings and YKK zippers  enable Tristan to stand the test of time

  • Delivery time for major cities is 1 - 4 business days. For remote areas it is 3 - 6 days after confirmation of order.
  • All orders placed on our website or other sales channels are confirmed within 24 hours by our sales representatives. Orders are shipped only after confirmation of given order details.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Please note we offer a hassle free 7 days article exchange / size exchange policy. Not satisfied with the overall fit? An issue in size? Or you simply changed your mind regarding the purchased product, we are only a call away.
  • Our helpline is active 24/7. Simply contact us on 0331-4029368 and one of our representatives will accommodate asap.

  • In order to qualify for exchange, product(s) must be unused & in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please note products can only be exchanged up to the same amount. Any difference is redeemable as store credit upon your next purchase.
  • In case your size or exchange product is unavailable, your order will be prioritised on the next production restock. Restock is on rolling basis. Normal restock time is 5 - 14 days.
  • Please note due to the constant cycle of inflation, it is impossible to maintain costs hence we are no longer able to offer refunds. Your understanding in the matter is highly appreciated.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product the above policy of exchange or store credit will be applicable. If any modification (within product limits) is required in your existing purchase, it will be accommodated on cost or no cost basis.
  • Any store credit is redeemable within 3 months of your purchase.
  • We have new arrivals coming in weekly. In case you cannot decide on any existing product from our collection, you can simply check back for fresh arrivals or avail store credit in a custom order within the 3 months time frame.
